You can tell the officer ticketing you is lying about being able to see you making a failure to stop on 5th Street because you can take a Google Street view tour down orange street past DQ and see that the road falls blind behind a hill. I fought this ticket in court and was forced to spend a night in jail because the judge decided against me without any police vehicle instrumental evidence but on the officers word alone. The point taken off my licence has cost me $75 more a month in insurance. Charged without evident burden of proof but on a false claims by an officer busy chatting and texting while he drives.. such as he was doing when he took me into jail. He is the dark gentelman on the very far right.. lying for maintenance of his status.

the only way this department writes off or dismisses a ticket is if you are a family member of law enforcement in the area. That's a signal of corruption and collusion in this counties legal system. I could have gone that route. But everyone deserves a fair and upright hearing, so I will speak up and defend myself every time. That's a reliable truth.
